The Council shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear claims to enforce this chapter by an employee against the Tribe or YIHA. The decision of the Council shall be final and may not be appealed. The Tribal Court does not maintain jurisdiction to hear claims or appeals under this chapter by an employee against the Tribe or YIHA. [Ord. 29 § 5302, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
