The TERO Officer shall manage a database of Yurok Tribal members and other Indians seeking employment. This database shall be known as the Tribal skills bank. Tribal skills bank records for such individuals may include name and contact information, membership in a federally recognized tribe, occupational classifications for which an individual meets minimum qualifications, training or additional qualifications, training or qualification needs, and such other information as necessary or useful to achieve the goals of this division. It shall be the individual’s responsibility to ensure that the Tribal skills bank contact information for that person is accurate and up to date.
