The Tribal Council hereby reaffirms and reestablishes a TERO to enforce Yurok and Indian preference with all enterprises, businesses, and projects operated or undertaken on Yurok lands. TERO shall consist of a TERO Officer and such other staff as may be determined by the Tribe’s Executive Office. The Executive Office is vested with full supervisory authority over TERO.
