The Election Director shall request that a specified amount be budgeted by the Yurok Tribal Council for the election activities, under a separate line item. The funds budgeted shall be utilized in accordance with all Tribal financial plans of operation for conducting Tribal elections in accordance with this title for primary elections and run-off elections, recall elections, and any other special elections.
