Except as otherwise stated in this policy, any person, as defined in this chapter, aggrieved by an action taken by the Yurok Tribe staff on any completed application may appeal such action to the Tribal Court; provided, that a notice of appeal is filed within 10 working days.

The Department shall provide a standard form on which the appellant shall state specifically why the decision is not in accord with the guidelines and processes of the building permit as identified in this chapter, or why it is believed that there was an error or an abuse of discretion by Yurok Tribal staff.
