Beginning with the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, and except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no new building, or structure, or part thereof, shall be erected, and no existing building or structure shall be enlarged, rebuilt, or altered, and no building, structure, land, premises, or part thereof shall be used on Tribal land for purposes other than in conformity with the provisions of this chapter pertaining thereto.
