Law enforcement officers who have a reasonable belief that any personal property contains any fish taken or possessed in violation of this title, or was used to take a fish in violation of this title, or that may be hiding fish from law enforcement or fish monitors, may search the property to investigate whether a fish was taken or possessed in violation of this title.
