(a) Any fines or administrative fees collected by the Tribe pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited with the Tribe to be credited to the Cultural Resources Protection Fund.

(b) The Cultural Resources Protection Fund shall be used for expenses related to protecting cultural resources within Yurok ancestral lands, subject to the Yurok Tribal Council budget review process. [Ord. 22 § 14, amended, 9/9/2009.]
