The aggrieved party may appeal a final judgment of the Yurok Tribal Court by filing a notice of appeal with the Clerk of Court within 10 days of the Tribal Court’s written judgment and posting a cash bond in an amount sufficient to satisfy the judgment if affirmed and any court fees and costs which may be assessed. Appeals from Tribal Court shall be handled in accordance with the Yurok Tribe Rules of Appellate Procedure, Chapter 2.15 YTC.
