Ruling on matters arising under this division, the Tribal Court shall have the authority to assess and collect civil penalties, to enjoin or mandate actions to enforce the provisions of this division, and to provide any other relief the Tribal Court deems lawful and equitable. Nothing in this provision or this division shall be construed as a waiver of the Tribe’s sovereign immunity or as authority for a claim for money damages against the Tribe.
