The TERO Officer shall be entitled to pursue the enforcement of any order of the TERO Officer, the Executive Office, or Tribal Court when necessary to enforce sanctions or to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of any such order.

Any cost associated with the enforcement of an order issued pursuant to this division may be assessed by the TERO Officer against the covered employer that is out of compliance. This may include but is not limited to document reproduction costs, administrative fees, filing fees, and attorney fees and costs.
