The maximum monetary civil penalty that may be imposed for a violation of this division is the maximum permitted under the Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968, 25 U.S.C. § 1302, as amended. TERO may establish a fee schedule setting the standard monetary civil penalty amount for violations of this division. Each day during which a violation exists shall constitute a separate occurrence.
