When the TERO Officer determines that a violation has occurred that is of a critical nature requiring immediate remedial action, the TERO Officer may issue a citation and impose emergency sanctions without meeting notice requirements. The covered employer maintains a right to a hearing before the TERO Officer in accordance with YTC 5.40.040. [Ord. 58 § 4705, amended, 5/9/2019; Ord. 34 § 4705, adopted, 2/6/2014.]
