In accordance with Article III, Sections 8 and 9 of the Constitution of the Yurok Tribe, all voting in elections shall be by secret ballot. Ballots shall be available by mail to an eligible voter, or reissued to eligible voters visiting and requesting one at the main Tribal office, and mailed by the election officials in a timely manner to such voters.
