All eligible voters will be notified by mail at the address on file with the Election Board of upcoming elections and the procedures for registering, the issue(s) and/or candidates to be voted on, the method of voting, and instructions for requesting ballots. All registered voters shall be provided a sample ballot of the issue(s) and/or candidates to be voted on that will advise them on the method of voting.
