3.10.090 Forms.
This section is included in your selections.
The Election Board has authority to specify and approve forms in implementing the provisions of this title, including but not limited to the following:
(a) Official ballot;
(b) Voter registration form;
(c) Candidate’s declaration of candidacy for district seat;
(d) Candidate’s declaration of candidacy for Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson;
(e) Nominating petition;
(f) Request for ballot;
(g) Ballot envelope; and
