Prior to the appeal hearing, the Department shall transmit to the Tribal Court copies of the permit application including all maps and data and a report from the Department setting forth the reasons for the staff’s actions and the staff recommendations. [Ord. 50.1 § 4904, adopted, 5/11/2017.]
