Council approval of a lot line adjustment shall expire 36 months from the date of approval. If a record of survey or notice of lot line adjustment is not recorded within the term of the approval, it shall become void and a new lot line adjustment application shall be required. Prior to the expiration of a tentative approval of the lot line adjustment, an extension for an additional term not to exceed two years may be requested by the applicant and granted by the Administrator. In granting the extension, the Administrator shall determine that the lot line adjustment has not changed and the findings under which it was approved can still be made.
