All fees due under this title, including the initial and recording fees, are nonrefundable. An applicant shall be reimbursed any funds paid as a deposit or prepayment that exceed actual costs incurred by the Tribe under this title. [Ord. 43 § 3203, adopted, 6/10/2015.]
