Every person, corporation, or entity cultivating, raising, growing, spawning, incubating, or releasing genetically engineered or genetically modified organisms must disclose to YTEP, within 30 days of enactment of the ordinance codified in this chapter, the location and description of existing or planned genetically engineered organisms involved, in order to develop a transition plan, approved by YTEP, to phase out such organisms.
