Tribal Council by resolution without amending this chapter may establish a traffic fine and bail schedule setting bail, fines and administrative fees for any violation of this chapter. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter, in no case shall any fine imposed for violation of this chapter exceed $5,000.00. [Ord. 30 § 3301, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
