All Court Investigative Social Worker (CISW) reports shall be made in writing and filed seven calendar days (five court days) prior to the scheduled court hearing date. Where the original court date is scheduled in less than seven days, the CISW may file a motion to request an extension. The Court may, independent of this rule, establish a report submission schedule for any action. Papers filed with a CISW report are made a part of the record. CISW reports are to be served on all parties to the case, and said service is required to be done by the same date the report is filed with the Court. A proof of service shall be attached to each report in compliance with YTC 2.10.120.
