Pursuant to the Yurok Constitution Article VII, the Yurok Tribal Council shall serve as the Appellate Court for all appeals arising out of violations of this chapter. The Tribal trial court order disposing of such dispute shall be considered a final action and may be appealed to the Tribal Council sitting as the Appellate Court, which shall be the highest judicial body of the Tribe for such disputes.
