This chapter is enacted for the purpose of responsible management of wildlife, including the soon to be released condor population. It is to be based on traditional ethics, moral practices, and best scientific methods, to ensure condor and other raptor and bird populations on lands within Tribal jurisdiction can be sustainably maintained and utilized for all current and future generations.
