(a) Commits an offense defined in YTC 15.10.060 or 15.10.200; and

(b) The offense was committed within 600 feet of a Yurok cultural resource or within sight of a cultural or spiritual viewshed as determined by the Yurok Culture Committee or by a Tribal Historic Preservation Officer.

(c) Each violation of YTC 15.10.060 or 15.10.200 shall subject a person to additional liability under this section for each offense. Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a minimum fine of $2,500.00 per violation. The fine specified in this section is a minimum fine and does not limit the imposition of a greater monetary sanction or additional sanctions.
