This chapter shall govern the display and sale of Yurok Tribal member arts and crafts and retail goods promoting tourism within Yurok ancestral territory at hotels with at least 60 rooms on Yurok lands within the Reservation. [Ord. 40 § 4004, adopted, 2/5/2015.]
