The Yurok Tribe child support services program may amend the Schedule, and shall review it at least once every four years to ensure that it results in appropriate child support award amounts designed to meet the needs of Yurok children. This review shall consider economic data on the cost of raising children and analyze case data relating to application of and deviations from the guidelines. [Ord. 50 § 7.4(2), adopted, 3/23/2017.]
