The Yurok Tribal Court has jurisdiction over crimes involving the violation of an order for protection by any Indian. The Yurok Tribe will exercise criminal jurisdiction over all people to the full extent that is allowed under applicable Tribal and federal law. [Ord. 62A § 1102, amended, 11/7/2019.]
