A person shall commit the offense of violating a reservation closure order if he or she knowingly defies a reservation closure order, including a curfew order, issued by the Yurok Tribal Council or Yurok Tribal Chairman in effect at the time of the action. [Ord. 64 § 2(2.27), adopted, 4/6/2020.]
