Any part of this chapter in conflict with the Constitution of the Yurok Tribe shall be superseded by the Constitution. All prior ordinance provisions previously enacted by the Tribal Council and inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed. If the provisions of this chapter conflict with the provisions of any other previously enacted ordinance, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
