Subject to the approval of the Tribal Council and the appropriation of funds therefor, the Yurok Tribal Gaming Commission shall be authorized to employ such staff as reasonably may be required to fulfill its responsibilities under this title. Compensation of Commission employees shall be limited to that which is comparable to compensation paid to persons performing similar duties in other governmental gaming regulatory agencies.
