Written notice, expressly stating that an amendment has been proposed to the articles of incorporation, or a summary of the changes to be effected thereby, shall be provided to each shareholder of record entitled to vote. If the meeting at which the amendment will be voted upon is an annual meeting, the proposed amendment or summary may be included in notice of the annual meeting.
