(a) A corporation shall notify shareholders of the date, time, and place of each annual and special meeting no fewer than 10, nor more than 60, days before the meeting.

(b) Unless otherwise provided in the Yurok Tribe Business Corporations Code or articles of incorporation, the corporation is required to give notice only to shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting.

(c) Notice shall be given by mail or telephone, using the most recent address or telephone number supplied to the corporation by each shareholder.

(d) If an annual or special shareholder’s meeting is adjourned to a different date, time, and place, notice need not be given of the new date, time, or place if that information is announced prior to adjournment of the meeting. [Ord. 18 Part II § 20, adopted, 10/7/2008.]
