(a) A corporation formed under the Yurok Tribe Business Corporations Code may establish a date on which the annual meeting of shareholders shall be held in its articles of incorporation, bylaws, or shareholder agreements.

(b) If no date for the shareholder’s annual meeting is established, the date shall be the first business day after May 31st.

(c) Unless otherwise provided in the articles of incorporation, no annual meeting need be held unless a written request therefor is delivered to the corporation by any shareholder no less than 30 days before the date specified for the meeting. [Ord. 18 Part II § 18, adopted, 10/7/2008.]
