Corporate existence begins on the date the certificate of incorporation is issued. The certificate of incorporation constitutes conclusive evidence of compliance with all conditions precedent required under YTC 8.05.070. The certificate of incorporation cannot be used against the Yurok Tribe in a proceeding to cancel or revoke the certificate of incorporation, or for involuntary dissolution of the corporation.
