A buyer may obtain a refund of taxes overpaid, paid more than once, or erroneously collected or received by the Tribe. To receive a refund, the buyer must prove that the buyer has been unable to obtain a refund from the operator who collected the tax. [Ord. 36 § 3403, adopted, 3/26/2014.]
