This chapter shall apply to the Tribe, YIHA, and any employer or contractor acting under an agreement pursuant to an act as defined in YTC 5.70.050. Any employer or contractor acting under an agreement not pursuant to an act is exempt from this chapter. [Ord. 29 § 5004, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
