(a) During the pendency of the hearing, the claimant shall continue to receive all benefits approved by the administrator in its original written decision, but shall not receive any new benefits claimed before the Appeal Board or single arbitrator.

(b) Payments made to the claimant during the pendency of the hearing shall not be recovered by the administrator or the casino, except in cases of fraud. [Ord. 47 § 1210, adopted, 11/10/2016.]
