This chapter and the Tribe’s power to enforce it shall apply to all casino employees. All employees are covered for compensable work injuries whether the incident giving rise to the work injury occurs on or off the Reservation. Benefits are limited as indicated in this chapter. This chapter shall not be construed or interpreted to provide benefits that are not specifically identified herein and the employee has no right to enforce this chapter in any court of law; all enforcement rights are as exclusively provided for in YTC 5.65.050.
