Upon recognition, the Tribe and the labor organization will negotiate in good faith for a collective bargaining agreement covering bargaining unit employees represented by the labor organization. If collective bargaining negotiations result in an impasse, and the matter has not been resolved by the Tribal forum procedures set forth in YTC 5.60.120(b) governing resolution of impasse within 60 working days or such other time as mutually agreed to by the parties, the labor organization shall have the right to strike. Strike-related picketing shall not be conducted on Indian lands as defined in 25 U.S.C. § 2703(4). [Ord. 41 § 10, adopted, 2/19/2015.]
