Each contractor shall give Yurok Tribal members and Indians preferential consideration for all promotion opportunities and shall encourage Indians to seek such opportunities. For each promotion, supervisory position, or managerial position filled by a non-Indian, the contractor shall file a report with the TERO Officer stating what efforts were made to inform Indian workers about the position, what Indians, if any, applied for the position, and if an Indian was not chosen, the reasons therefor.
