Any complaint against TERO is to be directed to the Executive Office. If the Executive Office is not able to resolve the complaint, the Executive Office may forward the complaint to the Council. The Executive Office and the Council retain exclusive jurisdiction and discretion to hear and decide complaints against TERO. The Tribal Court is not authorized to hear civil complaints against TERO.
