If, in a run-off election, the candidates each receive an equal number of votes, the determination of who will be the winning candidate will be resolved in a manner acceptable to all candidates, if they are able to agree without another election. If the candidates are unable to agree upon a method, the outcome will be determined in their presence by a coin toss made by the Board Chairperson.
