(a) Security of Ballot Drop Box. Ballot drop boxes shall be placed in secure locations equipped with video surveillance. Drop boxes may only be opened by election officials once it is time for boxes to be opened at the main office in Klamath.

(b) Time of Transport. The ballot drop boxes shall be transported between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
