(a) Vote Count Watchers. Each candidate for a position on the Tribal Council is entitled to have members watch during the vote count.

(b) Interference Prohibited. No vote count watcher shall in any way interfere with or hinder the election officials in exercising their responsibility. If interference occurs, the Board Chairperson or election official shall call for an immediate suspension in election activities until the individual or individuals responsible are removed from the room.
