On the back of each petition signature page shall be a statement, signed by the Tribal member who circulated that page, stating that he or she is a Tribal member registered to vote, that he or she circulated the signature page with a complete copy of the measure attached, and that all of the signatories are eligible voters and the signatures on the page are true and authentic to the best of his or her knowledge.
