The utility authority shall hold a public hearing whenever a new fee schedule is proposed for adoption. Five days in advance of the hearing, the proposed fee schedule shall be posted in appropriate places. Following the public hearing, the utility authority shall set a fee schedule, taking into consideration comments received at the hearing.
