No customer shall dispose of any toxic, radioactive, or otherwise hazardous waste into any Yurok Public Utility District or private sanitary or storm sewerage system. Toxic and hazardous waste includes but is not limited to: oil, pesticides, gasoline, organic solvents, paint, poisons, and other manufactured chemical compounds.
