A customer planning to vacate any grounds, building or residence served by the Yurok Public Utility District shall notify the Yurok Public Utility District in writing one week prior to the date the customer plans to either vacate or terminate service, whichever is later. A customer who fails to give written notice is responsible for all charges accrued up to one week after notice is received by the Yurok Public Utility District, or up until service is terminated by the authority, whichever comes first.
