Utility district customers shall be responsible for maintaining and repairing water and/or sewer lines located on or in the customer’s grounds, building or residence in compliance with applicable regulations. Customers shall notify the Yurok Public Utility District in advance of major maintenance or repairs planned for water or sewer lines. Customers shall permit the Yurok Public Utility District to inspect the work for compliance with applicable regulations. Customers shall be liable for any damage to the Yurok Public Utility District’s lines, equipment, or other property caused by the customer, his family, guests, tenants, agents, employees, contractors, licensees and/or any other persons under the customer’s control or acting as an authorized agent of the customer.
